Modelling Prostate Cancer Treatment with Differential Equations

Androgen derivation therapy is a common treatment for prostate cancer. However, undesirable side effects mean some men take drug holidays. It was found that these men may do no worse that those who take the treatment constantly. This project will explore intermittent androgen derivation therapy, modelling the hypothesis presented by L. Klotz in his 2013 paper, using ordinary differential equations.
